Jieun (Hangul: 지은; also known by her full name Park Ji Eun) is a South Korean singer under RBW. She is a former member of the girl group PURPLE K!SS.

Early Life and Career
Jieun was born as Park Ji-Eun (Hangul: 박지은) on September 4th, 1997 in Seoul, South Korea. Her family consists of her parents and a younger sister.
2018: Produce 48
In 2018, she became a contestant on Mnet's reality survival show Produce 48 as a contestant representing her agency RBW. She was eliminated in episode 5 after ranking 80th place.[1]
2020-2022: PURPLE K!SS
On July 30, 2020, Jieun was revealed as the sixth member of PURPLE K!SS.[2] The group officially debuted on March 15, 2021 with their first mini album INTO VIOLET.
On November 18, 2022, RBW released a statement revealing that Jieun was told by health specialists that she needs rest and stability due to poor physical conditions and anxiety symptoms. After an in depth discussion and careful consideration, it was agreed between Jieun and RBW that she would be leaving PURPLE KISS.[3]
